Please consider arranging your accommodation for Information Hiding 2010 conference on campus. We have limited number of rooms reserved for conference delegates. These rooms are within easy walking distance to the LRT (convenient public transportation to downtown Calgary), the lecture hall, and the banquet site. These are discounted price for the conference participants, and offer complimentary internet access. Participants can also make their own arrangements for accommodation.
The following accommodations in Hotel Alma (located within the university campus) are available:
Eurostyle Standard Room - $109.00 (One queen size bed) One bedroom Suites - $139.00 per suite (One king size bed) Two bedroom apartments - $100.00 per apartment (Two separate bedrooms with lockable doors) Studio apartments - $74.69 per apartment (Two single beds)
All prices quoted above are the nightly rate without taxes in Canadian funds. In the event that an apartment is not filled, the full cost of the apartment is the responsibility of the occupying group. The discounted rates are applicable for bookings on June 27th 2010 to July 1st 2010. To avail the discounted rates the rooms need to be booked by May 27th 2010.
